The development is located on both corners of the main entry to the Los Cabos International Airport in Baja California Sur, Mexico, where the entry intersects with Highway 1, the main highway thoroughfare that runs between Los Cabos and La Paz, and then further north to California. Phase I, as shown herein, was completed in 2008 and the buildings are currently being leased to domestic & foreign companies which supply the rapidly growing local economy. |
