ING CLARION, the holding company’s real estate arm, is the lead sponsor of the LION MEXICO FUND which invests in real estate development projects across Mexico. The partnership owns a total of 40 acres with highway frontage located on the main highway that runs between Cancun and Playa del Carmen in the state of Quintana Roo (Yucatan peninsula).
